In italian cooking method ,all diavola term is refered to be grilling meats over hot coals.It one of the most flavored dishes made by roasting spatchcock and bitter greens. It consists of burnt lemon and nduja sauce on top.

It made by combining garlic,chilli,chopped lemon,thyme,rosemary,oil,wine and lemon slices.At first the oven is preheated for 200C and spatchcocks to room temperature. The chicken is coated in punchy spice rub of pepper and paprika.In addition it is supposed to be seasoned with strong cayenne pepper and served with hot spicy sauce.
