Chow mein are the usually stir fired noodles. Chow mein is popular all over the world. It has got different names at different places but the common main ingredient noodles is same in all the chow mein.

Chow mein is made by boiling the noodles in the water. Then the boiled noodles are taken out and then fried. There are different types of chow mein such as veg chow mein and meat chow mein. Boiled noodles are fried on oil along with carrot, cabbages, soya sauce, some beans and different type of meat. The soya sauce in it enhances the colour of the chow mein. It also contain good amount of protein, calories and carbohydrates.

Making chow mein is simple and easy. It can be easily prepared at home and easily found on the street vendors’s stall or in any kind of restaurant.
