Mo: Mo: (dumpling) is a meat mince of different animal or vegetable stuffed food along with different ingredients. It is usually wrapped in the cover made of plain flour than it is stuffed after that it is craved in the different shape and is served along with mainly with freshly prepared tomato sauce(achar). There are different types of mo: mo: found in the market which depends on the people test and preference but it may contain most of the common ingredients.
One of the popular types is steamed mo: mo: is made by just steaming it and served it along with the achar. Then the second one is Kothey mo: mo: which is prepared by half steaming and then half fried. Which is followed by chilly mo: mo:, the most common name to it is called as C. mo: mo: which comes with hot and spicy achar. Fried mo: mo: is prepared by deep frying the mo: mo: in the hot oil after steaming which again can be served by the same type of achar. Then the next come, Jhol mo: mo:, where the mo: mo: are deep in the liquid achar where the people can enjoy the mo: mo: along with the lots of achars.
